Our 250mg tincture contains approximately 30 servings with 8.33mg per serving (1 full dropper).

Our 500mg tincture contains approximately 30 servings with 16.66mg per serving (1 full dropper).

Our 1000mg tincture contains approximately 30 servings with 33.32mg per serving (1 full dropper).

RECOMMENDED USE:

Place tincture drops under your tongue and hold it there for around 20-30 seconds so it absorbs sublingually. When you swallow after the 20-30 second absorption period there will be virtually nothing left because it has fully absorbed sublingually in the glands under your tongue, allowing it to rapidly enter your system with the most effective delivery method. When delivered sublingually you receive maximum effectiveness, allowing maximum benefits.



DOSING RECOMMENDATIONS:

An effective dosage can range from as little as 5mg and up to 50mg of hemp extract for certain people wishing to treat certain conditions. Everyone’s body metabolizes the hemp extract differently so the effective dosage for one person may not be the same for another. Begin with a small dose. We recommend to take a few small doses over the course of the day rather than one big dose. Use the same dose for several days. Observe the effects and if necessary adjust the amount until you feel your getting the desired results.

If you’re using it as a daily supplement for general enhancement and well-being purpose, find the lowest dosage that you receive benefits from. 

Products with hemp extract have biphasic properties, which means that low and high doses of the same substance can produce opposite effects. Small doses of hemp extract tend to stimulate; large doses sedate. Hemp extract has no known adverse side effects, but an excessive amount of hemp extract could be less effective therapeutically than a moderate dose. “Less is more” is often the case with respect to hemp extract therapy.
