My mother, the eldest of nine girls and daughter of a sharecropper, was a force of nature: professor, pianist, writer, and master of homemade sweets. Her kitchen was a classroom where we learned the value of craft, creativity, and real ingredients. From that foundation, Brian's Gourmet Ice Cream was born.
